The Alphabet Game is a popular choice among baby shower games. In order to play this game, all you need is a sheet of paper with the alphabet listed on it and a pen. Shower guests will have five minutes to come up with one baby related word for each letter. Every original answer scores a point, and the person with the most points once you have gone from A to Z is the winner.
If you are the type who enjoys a bit of roasting of the mom to be, there is a game that is certain to get her blushing, just make sure the guest of honor is a good sport before attempting these types of baby shower games. All you need is a roll of toilet paper or some string and scissors. Each guest will pull off a strip of paper or cut a piece of string at a length that they believe would perfectly fit around the pregnant mommy's tummy. Whoever's piece is closest to the actual circumference of her belly is the winner.
The Clothespin game is one of the easiest baby shower games imaginable. Every guest at the shower will receive two clothespins as they enter the party. These are to be clipped to their clothing and once everyone has arrived, you will inform them of the instructions. Choose a code word, such as baby or mommy, and every time someone says that particular word, someone can take one of their clothespins. The person with the most clothespins at the end of the shower wins a door prize.
